If its a stock car and its staying stock...Id go stock.

If you plan on any kind of significant mods, I'd go aftermarket.

Stock, because my car isn't making enough to overpower the stock 225mm disc yet.

i'd still go aftermarket:

1) MUCH cheaper than an OEM clutch
2) Feels great being able to launch @ 6K RPMs without burning

when i had the LS motor, i slapped an ACT HDSS (heavy duty pressure plate, full-face street disc).

i got it on sale long ago for $380 shipped, but i'm not sure who has the better deal now. price will range from 390 - 430.

*edit: BTW Brian, this will only increase pedal pressure by ~35%, which really isn't much. extremely easy to get used to.
