I bought a 2000 integra front seat (driver side only) in replacement of my 1995 integra seat, but for some reason its not bolt on because of the rails that attached to the car is bent upward. I want to swap the rails but I don't know how to remove the 2 adjustment knobs from the new seat.

here's the picture of the knobs and I boxed the bent rails where you put the bolt to attached into the car. thanks for any advice/suggestions.

there should be 2 bolt on each rail that connect to the seat its a 12mm or a 14mm take all 4 out and the sliders should come off. Theres 2 on each side Good luck
