What company make good cam gears for an iTR ?? basic upgrades, such as CAI, headers, mounts, ...

Lots of companies make "good" cam gears. I'm using Skunk2 cam gears on my OEM ITR cams w/good results.
I am not sure why you mention your other upgrades, so perhaps you'd better tell us more.

I like the Spoon camgears myself because of their vernier scale. It's much easier to read and adjust IMO.
They are the same as the Toda's pictured here....
