i have a 92 ls integra. my computer box and wiring were both corroded with water so i changed the computer box and cut the wiring and tapped in a set of working connections but the car still wont start. i also tried to diagnose the computer box but the check engine light wont blink , it will be constantly on. also when i tried to re wire the computer box connections the original wiring was kinda dark compared to the working ones. would this be the main problem.

and i also have another problem with the cars fuel system when i put it on acc the fuel pump wont turn on but we took it out and it does work properly. the fuse pump fuse is also good.i tried to look for the fuse pump relay but i cant seem to find it. i think it might be that but not sure. someone please help thanks

 

It could be your main relay. I had a similar problem, replaced fuel pump, but wouldn't start so I took the main relay, which is to the left of your steering column under dash, should be behind another light relay, I resoldered the two joints in the middle top and the one in the middle bottom and that solved the problem
