Flywheel Question
I am wondering if I could get some ideas about flywheels. I would like to get an after market one that will still make the car drivable any ideas, or anyone that has changed theres already. Does it make a big difference? Thanks
I just got my clutch and everything swapped out.I ordered the ACT HDSS and the street lite flywheel(12.5 lbs) The engine is ahppier to rev much quicker and has a little more horsepower (from what I can feel at least). It makes it easier to stall, but I haven't stalled mine yet, except when I first got into my car and had to get used to the clutch. Hope this helps you out some!
If you are looking at turbo'ing your car, I would definately recommend an ACT clutch. Get the XACT flywheel also.. it's not too light, and it won't affect driveability very much at all.
Good luck!
Good luck!
i got act hdss w/ prolite... just broke it in today... 300 long miles... whew! its grippier....
kinda hard to launch with it... i'm just not use to it yet i guess.... also... its easier to chirp in second... and double clutching is mo betta!
