Default Newbie Help

Hey guys

I bought a '93 Honda Integra coupe last week (round headlights) was looking at body kits etc and they all seem to start for '94 round headlight shape. What is the difference between the 93 and 94?

nice, honda integra, thats awsome. the best body kit IMO for any 94-01 integra is the JDM type R conversion. if not the ITR black headlights, then the Si-R ( i think) chrome headlights, if you wanna be diff than the ITR guys. i think 93-94 should be the same, I THINK, since you have a Honda integra, the body style changes 1 year b4 the american bosy changes. IE, the 93 integra in USA is generation 2 intergra, but outside the US, the 92 integra is the G3 integra style.

I you mean "94 bar headlight" style as you would see on the cars imported from Japan.

Remember guys, in Japan, the round headlights where only made for '93 model cars. The normal style headlights everyone calls "JDM Type R" is really the NORMAL headlight style from JDM 94-00 Integras.

The body kits will be the same for the sides and rear, but you'll need an actual 93 style front. This can be easily found on the American market for 94-97 models, however the shipping to NZ will kill you.

Si-G, and as far as I know, they all had chrome style headlights, base to Type R.

The '92 was the last full year for G2's in the home market (Japan.)

Japanese cars have model years that reflect the ACTUAL year of manufacture, as in a car made in 10/85, like my RX-7, would have been a Japanese '85 model, while here it is considered an '86.

They aren't getting the 'new' models but a couple months sooner, so no big deal.

yep... any "94-97" one will work. I'd look around for vendors outside of the USA (duh!). If you can't find any in NZ, I'm sure there must be some in Australia (assuming they got the same round headlight model as you, I'm not really sure).

Welcome to HAN :wavey:
