Whistling Sound inbetween shifts

When I am upshifting from 1st-2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and 3rd to 4th, I have been hearing a whistling sound once i step on the gas after I shift. It is similar to the sound that a blowoff valve makes.

Is this something I should be worried about or is this normal?

intake whistle? even with a stock intake i can hear a whistle.

I hear a whistle when I slow down to a stop with my clutch pressed in and my shifter in gear 1. I have no intake. Is this the same sound?

I also have been getting kinda shitty gas mileage recently. Not sure if the two are connected :dunno:
