i know that. i have to get the swap before i go much further in the quest for horse power. thanks for all your replies. on another note, my buddy has a turbo that runs most efficently at about 30lbs. he is curious what the hell kind of motor could take that kind of abuse? i told him he's crazy & he'd need a $20,000 motor just to handel that. would be VERY cool though for top end. who knows maybe he'll sell it. as always any replies are appreciated

 

uhhhh tell him to get a different turbo. runs most efficiently at 30 lbs? you can roughlt get 400 hp at the wheels out of 20 pounds.

 

well it came off a big marine diesel, does that make any difference? i believe not
