catch it before it spreads the more you wait the more money its going to cost to fix it, just take it to your local body shop

Default i just spent some time doing wheeel well...

rust work on my "new" 94 integra.

I bought a dremel and ground down to bare metal. then i primed it with por-15, a metal based primer that is supposed to keep out water and prevent further rust formation. where the quarter panel had separated a bit I applied JB weld to provide added protection.

after that i touched it up with spray paint i got at walmart, which is a "perfect" match for my milano red.

it gets harder if the rust spreads up the quarter panel since the cosmetics enter. my rust so far was contaibed to the wheel well rim so cosmetics didn't come into play.

for sure take care of it now before winter. if the metal is wide opan and letting in water and salt it can spread really fast.

take off the plastic cover on the wheel well and check for rust underneath. I found several spots underneath it.

i hope that helps.
