Default Electrical

I just took my car (94 Integra 4-door) to a shop and had them work on an ABS problem. When I got it back I noticed a green female double slot plug with two male blue plugs unplugged. The plugs are located just below my glove compartment, right next to the door. I had noticed the green plug hanging down for quite a while but I never noticed if the plugs were in it or not.

Does anyone know what these are for?

That green thing is just a rubber insulator to keep them safe. There's no significant harm that would come to the car if they were just dangling, but I'd plug it back in just to keep them safe from lazy passengers...

Just tuck it back under the dash and forget about it.

As an aside, you can short this connection to read the CEL codes. Pretty handy trick. There is tons of information on this on the internet and this board.
