Default Break problem 93 Integra

I have a 93 Integra, when sitting at the stop light the break peddle goes all the way down to the floor, but the breaks work and I am not getting a break light. Has anybody had this problem, could the master-cylinder be bad?

it sounds like the master cylinder is losing pressure. When you let up off the pedal and press it again, is it back to the top then starts going to the floor again?

you need a new master cylinder. Rebuilt ones aren't too expensive.

And, no offense, but it's "Brake Pedal", not "Break Peddle"

$85 but replacing them is a pain.

I have a 94 Integra which does the same. I have taken it to a few brake places and they all say that there is nothing wrong, just that they're soft.

If the brake pedal sinks to the floor, that is NOT NORMAL!!

Replace the brake master cylinder, then flush and bleed the brakes. It's not that hard of a job.

It will feel like a new car, and you won't die in a brake failure related accident.

Air in the system shouldn't make the pedal sink to the floor while holding it... that sounds more like bad seals in the master cylinder itself. Not but a week ago I had a similar problem in my clutch master cylinder.
