does anyone have recaros in their car? if so, are they easy to install and do they sit lower then stock seats? i've been drivin my sister's celica all weekend (my car was at the body shop) and i love her stock recaro lookin seats. they are comfortable, i wanna get some.

i sat in a set of corbeaus....they will be a soon upgrade to the car, they are just way too comfortable. I know you will prolly have to fab up custom brackets, so you can most likely make them to whatever height you want.

 

I have them in my car and they were a piece of cake to install. They seem to be a tad bit lower than my stock leathers were but I cannot say for certain since it may have just been my perception.

 

I've got some Corbeau CR1's in my Cobra and they are the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in. They do sit a tad lower than the stock seats but they're a piece of cake to install. Hardest part will be taking the stock seats out.
