From the way it sounds it could be 2 possible problems.

1. Oil Starvation.
2. Plugs, Wires/distributor.

Is it more of a sputter or a bog?
Do you have a Vafc?

actually it is kinda more of a sputter...rpms stay at ~5k and car stops accelerating. theres no oil on the ground after my cars been sitting so no apparent leaks. one thing i noticed...the insides of my 2 front rims are covered in oil...not sure if i ran something over or if something in there is leaking. about every 2 weeks or so i put a couple quarts of oil in it and its fine then after a couple weeks itll start to sputter occassionally in vtec and the oil light starts to blink occassionally when i brake. sound like anything??
