Default How Much HP???

I just bought a 96 Integra LS. My cousins dad works with import motors and i was wondering what would give me more HP, Puting the GSR motor in the car or keeping the LS block and putting the Vtech Head on it? I also was looking at the Greedy catback, Apexi N-i, and HKS exhaust. I have a T3T4 turbo i got from a eclipse with the cyclone motor. and i was wondering what would be the best exhaust as far as HP goes with that turbo. And if you know anythig else i could do for some cheap HP let me know. And im always looking for some ideas on what to do with the car.

::sigh::

VTEC, N1...

if you want to shell out the mucho moolah to do an LS/VTEC conversion, go for it, but make sure the person doing it (hopefully not you) knows EXACTLY what they are doing. I'd just go the GSR motor swap route.

Any exhaust that is 3" ID throughout (no bottlenecks) will be perfect for that turbo. It's really just a matter of preference.

If your gonna turbo it then don't spend the money on a vtec head for that ls. It will be a waste of time and money. When you turbo the vtec will do nothing for you.

not to mention the added stress on an already stress-prone motor conversion.

this thread is filled with misinformation.
id say, for you, do the turbo route. just make sure you have your fuel and your ecu, and make sure you have a good tuner! 12lbs could make 300whp
ls/vtec+turbo would make even more power. <=6lbs could make 300whp
