Default emission problem

I have a 96 teg. I went to the emission test site and I failed due to high input of Evap control system pressure sensor. I was wondering how to fix it?

it is P0453 Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) Sensor Circuit High Voltage

Is there some sort of evaporative filter that could be plugged? The bug has a charcoal cannister that takes care of gasoline fumes. It is an unobtainium type of thing so they give me a pass on it

You can pay the registration without the smog to avoid the penalty. Had to do this on the bug. As long as they get paid, you can do the smog when you can, they discriminate against integras anyway. It might be something like a sensor.
