Default Need your opinions Please...

Hi Folks,
I am fairly new to the import scene. I have owned domestic muscle cars mainly. In any case, I need to find myself a daily driver.

Yesterday I saw a 1993 Integra GS-R at the Toyotal dealer. It had been advertised at the dealer with 61k miles and at $5991.

So I get to the dealer and check out the car...very clean, leather interior...engine so clean you could eat off it...this car is cherry.
White exterior..completely stock.

After further investigation, I saw that the car actually had 161k miles!
I informed the sales guy and he confirmed that they had made a mistake in the add(great sales tactic...).

In any case, they said they could give it to me for $5500 out the door.

To me, this car has too many miles, but it is very clean. What do you guys think? I offfered them $4k, but they won't go that low.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tommy

5500 for 161K miles....nah. I mean, the G2 GSR is a great and rare car, but that price tag doesn't warrant a 12 yr old car.

Car should be fine, price is a ripoff, say no and move on.

B17A engines aren't the world's best when they get into the higher milage range, either.

The price is a rip.

Dahm the G2 gsr is rare and it is a great car but for $5000 it's way too much.
