Default Timeing must be off

Hello I changed water pump on this 95 acura integra with 1.8 engin today will i was there decided to change timeing belt. I must have moved something in the prosses after i got back to gether it ran with a miss.I removed everything again my timeing marks where off.So i aligned them back up turning the crank half a turn to the arrow on block the over head cam gears are looking up .Then reasembaled and now the engin has no rpm's.Do i have it out of time. Please help

stupid question but did you remember to put the plug wires in the right order? i might no somebody that couldnt start their car for like 2 weeks for that very same reason h:
