gsr tranny troubles
i found a 95 gsr sedan with 146,000 miles for $3800, but the 2nd gear synchro is bad and needs to be replaced. how much would it cost to repair, and how difficult would it actually be for me to do?

You would definitely want a mechanic to do that for you unless you absolutely knew what you were doing. It will cost you a lot for them to do it though. I recommend staying far away from that lemon and buying a newer 2 door with lower miles.
