Do you plan on building a NA or FI vehicle?
What modifications have been done to your car thus far?

That's a pretty limited selection on cams. If I were to choose from those I'd go with Toda spec B, for a naturally aspirated Integra. Reason being is because they have high overlap and more scavenging/time would fill the chambers at high rpms.


Skunk2 Stage 2, Crower 63403, Jun, just to name some other cams you could look into.

I'm not exactly the "Jackie Chan" of engine buildups though, but I did stay at a Holiday INN last night.
