Default Making weird noise!

Ok so i gt power slot or stop i forget, crossed drilled rotors and i bought just some chep pads for merlins. they were fine in the begging then it started to squeak, and now it sound like its grind and squeaking. It just doenst sound right! my guy at the shot said the rotors are fine and the pads are fine, just that maybe theres a lot if brake dust getting in the holes of the rotor. Well i just dont beileve it, what can i do about this and is that true about the brake dust?

:edit:

Couple other things how much should i pay for a valve adjustment?(could i do it my self?)

also when should i replace my timing belt, how many miles?

cheap pads = cheap thrills, you will get noises, especially putting those against a cross-drilled rotor

valve lash can be done on your own, if you want to learn - visit Team-Integra's articles. Honda will charge you $100.

Timing belt should be replaced every 90K miles.
