The combination of no supension travel, low compression damping and rediculously high spring rates are all part of your problem. I can't picture a more dangerous combination.
I want to be able to help you....but you'll need to drastically re-think your plan.
You'd be better off - seriously - with a matched shock and spring set from Eibach [Pro-Kit] or H&R [Cup Kit].
Both systems will lower the car about 1.75".
You'll still have a clean look, but the suspension will actually function properly.
Most importantly, a matched spring and shock set will be designed to handle the stresses placed on a car with lowered suspension.
Furthermore, the impact on camber and toe will be minimal, and your car will behave properly again.
In the mean time, beg & borrow to get back to stock ride height. By the sound of things, your current "setup" is a genuine hazard.

Alright what im looking at right now is KYB AGX struts and either ground control or skunk 2 coilovers. Am I going in the right direction. The purpose of the cut springs/coilovers was just temporary for about 1 week. I want it to handle like pretty good and right now its not. So anyones opinion on what I should buy. Im scared to buy a spring kit because I have heard the spring rate isnt high so it wont handle to great and I dont want the car to sit like uneven with the springs. Because with springs you put them on there and you gotta be happy with what you got theres not changing it.

Ok changed what I was looking at. I can get a good deal on a set of Tokico Blue struts for a teg and a set of ground control coilovers for a 92-95 civic. So will that setup work better? I dont exactly have cash just to spend so. Should I just wait and buy adjustable struts or do I really need them?
So are tokico blue struts bad? Because my options for struts are pretty much the tokico blues or the agxs. If I get coilovers itll either be skunk2s or ground controls, but im looking at springs now and it seems to either be skunk 2, tein, or h and r sport. Any ones opinion on this or what I should do from there experiences. I need to know asap so I can get this stuff ordered. I hate the way my car handles now.

Before I came across a deal on the TEIN SS Damper System, I was going to go with a set of Koni Yellows and the matching Ground Control Coilover system.
Ground Control tunes each set of spring to a specific shock model.
The KYB AGX are decent shocks, certainly better suited than the Tokico Blues, which are a little floaty IMO. The majority opinion still favors the Koni Yellows.
Also, I would go no lower than 2". Seriously.
Go any lower than that and you won't have enough suspension travel to deal with potholes and ruts. Rims are often dented when a car with insufficient suspension travel hits a savage pothole.
And don't forget to purchase a camber kit, front and rear....your tires will thank you, and your handling will be much more predictable. No more squirrely torque steer.
