Does anybody know nething about sport shifters? My cousin wants to know seeing as he has an automatic CRX with b-16a drop. I never heard of a sport shifter till today from one of my friends at a party. My cousin is interested and i know this isn't integra related but then it's pretty general if anyone knows anything about sport shifters reply. Thanx for the help

the sport shifter it's like a stick shift without a clutch it does the foot work for you. i believe there are 5 gears just like a stick shift, you know how on your car there's like drive 4, drive 3......
well you cant start out with drive 1 on a sport shifter.. and shift when the rpm hits a certain point.

so can it be installed into my an automatic? that's the real question because my cousin wants to know so he can race his auto (thinking sport shifter like the one in the 5th gen ludes)... he is building the car at the moment and forced induction isn't really an option. so yeah just wondering cause the car may be finished within the next month.

i dont think you could install a sport shifter... the sport shifter i seen come with the car.. it's mostly used in the new model automatic.. look at the bwm automatic.. or the new prelude.. it's not like a straight line down.. it's like steps.. that's how a sport shifter looks like..
