i was driving my car down wooster pike in ohio and some guy in a brand new cts-v (cady) decided he was going to down shift cross the double yellow and pass me well the old guy lost control (go figure) and slammed in to the entire left side of my car. so now im like **** b/c i look at the plates and they are dealer plates. well after the cops get their i find out the old guy that hit me actually owns the cady dealership. no suprise he gets cited as being at fault because he was passing on the double yellow. =( so now i have no car beside my winter beater (00 kia sephia)
i will how ever be moving up plans on my winter project to when ever i get the money from this.

If I were you I would all of a sudden start to feel neck cramps (whiplash) who knows if he owns a Caddillac dealership then he might decide to settle with you and not get the insurance companies involved so you could get a nice lump some if you know what I mean.
