Default Dropping a Type-R LSD into a GS-R tranny

I recently got a Helical LSD out of a JDM Type-R pretty cheap, and I'm looking to marry it in with my GS-R tranny. Unfortunately, none of the Integra forum guys have been able to answer the question, so I thought I'd pose it to everyone here. I'm looking to make the swap with my stock open differential, and I've heard rumors and murmerings that ring gears have to be replaced, and some maybe some other things. Does anyone know if thats the case, or if its a simple pull and swap, shim, and you're good to go? Thanks in advance.

Well, if you don't get any replies, post up on honda-tech.com as they are more technical over there than here. I've found tons of information on the Type R there.

Thanks a bunch! I ended up posting the message on Comptech's forum since they sell that differential for my car. I appreciate the link though.
