Default toda spec b's yay or nay! POW R cams

What do you guys think.
I'm thinking of some cams for my car and I'm looking for something i can install without having to replace the valve spring. I'm looking to make a convincing 200 whp (meaning without fail again and again) and of course stay streetable. Now, i know it can be done with stock cams but just incase my comptech race header/I/E and hondata won't cut it, I'll need an extra push in the right direction. so suggestions, comments etc...
Toda a,b,c
JUN 1,2,3
Crower 401,402,403
spoon (i get a great spoon discount)
buddy club
????
BTW I'm trying to do it without pulling the head, so no suggestions for head gasket, raise comp. etc... And I'm looking into throttle body and extrude hone intake but cost to power ratio seems negative.

You already have the Hondata? You already have the timing gears?

Toda B have a great reputation, but I am aware of several people who've tried and not liked them. And you might want to consider replacing valve springs, depending on your car's mileage, regardless of what Toda says.

Do you have a tuned dynoplot that we could look at so that we have an idea where you are with your plans?

I actually don't have the hondata yet. The deal i was working on fell through. So I'm still looking for a good used ems system or I may just buy a new hondata system anyway. I've already set the dyno appointment also(thier booked 1 month in advance). I may be a bit ahead of myself by asking you guys about cams but i just wanted a plan if i wind up disappointed after tuning. The car has 75K miles on it.

Thanks.

I think you need to do some research. All of these cams have been talked about at great length here and other places. Without pulling the head, that severely limits your options. Please do some research and come back with a focused set of questions.
