Default factory speaker size

I have a 90 rs and wanted to know what the factory speaker size is. I am puting some new speakers in cuz all but one is apparently blown (bought it like that). Also, if yall could give me some good recommendations for some decent priced good speakers that will fit stock locations I'd appreciate it.

Go to www.crutchfield.com

There you can enter you car's info and it will tell you the sizes that fit and which ones they offer that will go right in.

the stock speaker sizes are 6.5" all around, but I think 5.25" fits better in the front. The speakers that are good for you depend on what you will be powering them with. Are they going to be powered by an aftermarket head unit or are you getting an amp? If you are just replacing the speakers, which I think you may be, Pioneer is a good brand and has good prices. Pick up some Pioneer 6.5" 3-way's and run them off of an aftermarket head unit, and that will make a huge improvement over stock, but nothing close to an external amp powered system. When you get these speakers, there will be two different wattages, you want the loewr wattage ones, unless you plan on getting an amp. Oh, and don't go with sony speakers, they sound like shit, I made that mistake already and the pioneer's sound so much better.
