Default Gaskets or Seals?

Oil or some type of fluid seems to be leaking out of those washer like seals, which I think are called gormets, on the valve cover. I think there are about 3 of them, one in the right hand corner, one in between the spark plugs, and one in the left hand side. I am wondering what these are called and where would I be able to get them at on the net by any chance. Also, do they hurt my engine/hp if they are leaking?

there are 4 altogehter, one for each spark plug.... they are called grommets. you can get them at pepboys, advance auto, etc.... probably at a dealership too if you want to go there... just change your valve cover gasket while its off.... it will cost you about 25 bucks total just make sure you tq the cover back down to spec.... it is either 72 or 74 inch-lbs of tq

start to finish job should take you about 20 minutes... make sure you clean the old gaskets pieces out really well and be careful not to knick the head up with anything.
