Type R Suspension
Also where can you buy Type R suspension? I'm sure i can find it somewhere at actual stores around here, but should i check out honda/acura dealerships? or stick mainly with performance part shops, and does anyone have any links to online stores that might have ITR suspension?
Buying a "Type-R" suspension, IMO, would be worthless. The ITR suspension, in terms of springs, are just a little firmer than what the regular integra has to offer.
What I would do is simply look at some Tein SS coilovers and be done with it. If you do want to get tricky, you can replace your rear lower control arms with ITR eyelet-style LCAs, and buy like a Tein HA or some other comprable setup, but unless you have a specific reason for doing so, it would be a waste for your money.

i wouldn't be getting ITR springs, i'll probably get Skunk2 adjustable springs or tein springs or something, as far as the suspension is concerned, i would get the shocks/struts. Chances are i'll just get springs, and koni or tokico shocks/struts. But the tein coilovers are interesting, which would have better handling, getting spring and struts, or just getting the coilovers
wtf happened to my post!?!?

Anyhoo, the ITR suspension is nice, but you can piece together a better system than that. Doesn't have to be Tein, but there are some excellent group buys on Tein systems out there. Some particular auto-x setups are Koni Yellows/GC or Koni Yellows/Neuspeed Race.
For the cost of buying brand new ITR shocks you could easily purchase very nice aftermarket performance shocks. From acuraautomotiveparts.org the front shocks are $153.40 each and the rears are $142.40 each. That's $591.60 total. You could get a set of Neuspeed/Koni SP3 shocks which are way better than stock ITR shocks for $510 from tornactive.com, and that is precisely why nobody bothers with buying new stock ITR shocks.
