Default Moisture in Altezza Tail Light

I have moisture in my Tail Light and I know where it came from and I sealed it, but I can't get the moisture that got in out. If anybody nows how to get it out I would appreciate it. Also if it is too much trouble I might get rid of my clear altezzas and go with carbon fiber. Does anyone have a pic of a black teg with carbon fiber lights.

Thanks

I would solve the problem by removing the altezzas from the car and lighting them on fire, then putting the stock taillights back on.

to help the water out, take a baseball bat and smash the shit out of your tail lights, then throw them in the dumpster and let the moisture evaporate. then put your stock lights on because they look the best!

and as for the carbon fiber ones, they will also look like sh*t, much like the ones you have now. please, put your OEMs back on.

Many aftermarket tails suffer from water intrusion problems like yours...which is one reason why the majority of HAN members dislike them. It is unlikely that you'll find any Integras with Euro Tail Lights on this board - but you are welcome to search the Integra Gallery thread (which is stickied at the top of the forum).

I would recommend removing them from the car (intact) letting them sit face down in the sun [or under gentle heat] to let the water evaporate and escape out the bulb socket holes.

If water is trapped in a place where this strategy won't work, then the only other solution is to use a heat gun and carefully break the seal on the lamps... wipe out the water and re-seal them with silicone sealant.

Once the water is removed...buy some OEM taillights and sell the aftermarket tails to someone else.
