Oh yeah...RS will be much cheaper than a GSR...BUT you'd be sacrificing lots of power. Nothing against an RS...but the GSR would be well worth the extra money in Insurance...but it all depends on what kind of money you are able to spend. I have an LS, and it's not too bad for me. But I wish I had a GSR....that'd be sweet.

Hey no Problem...good luck with it and be sure to post pics when you get it. If I had lots of money, I would have gotten a Type R...lol...but I settled for my 2000 LS...I wouldn't trade it for anything though,

Get the RS and do a motor swap on the bish. Then you practicly have a gsr but with cheaper insurance.

I just ran a quote for myself; insurance on a GSR would only cost about 40 bucks more per six months than an RS.

Why are you deciding between the GSR and the RS? The GSR has all of the features plus the better motor, the RS is the stripper model with hardly any features. At least compare the GSR to the GS.

Yeah, true the Gsr got all the fancy and nice stuff (falls in love)
but, I got a deal right now. one is for RS 94 and its got losa specs here and there for it. not bad for 4.5k

And the other one is a Gsr 94 w/ a full Type R usdm engine in it. and some other specs like 5 lug conversion for 7.4k i would get the gsr if insurance isnt like 5-6k a year. it all depends on my little budget

Dude, you're insurance isn't going to be 5-6K a year...TRUST ME...if it is...you're getting Ripped majorly. Depending on your age, with full coverage your insurance shouldn't be more than $1,500 a year at the most. I'm 19 and I'm paying just a touch over $1,000 a year ($91 p/month)...granted I drive an LS...but it's a 2000...6 years newer than the GSR you're looking at. Just call your insurance company and have them quote you a price...it shouldn't be anywhere NEAR 5-6K a year. And I agree with MrFatbooty, atleast try to find a GS, or an LS...don't settle for RS...nothing against them...but they're just the base model with not much to them.
