Default old tegs
are the motor mounts the same on a 1990 integra as a 1989 integra??

Totally different.

The '89 has a 1.6 liter D-series motor and the '90 has a 1.8 liter B-series motor.

On top of that, it has the old style D-series mounts, so you can't swap in any 88+ Civic engines (blacktop ZC's, D16Z6's, etc) without a bit of extra work.
