fyi....thats the fastest year for the GSR! i wish i knew that before! all other years are 0-60 in 7.1 stock. '95's 0-60 is 6.5.....

If you're looking at buying the thing, you shouldn't mention what KBB says anyway. You don't need to say "well I looked at the price on thus-and-such" to qualify your offer. Just make an offer.
What the hell is that supposed to mean? I guess if he's some kind of licensed independent dealer then maybe it comes with "dealer papers" but I don't see how those would increase the value of the car.
