Default TEIN Lowering Springs Question

Ok I have Dropzone coilovers with tokico hp shocks. The coilovers were pretty good outside of rideing really hard, until last week when I noticed the treaded sleeve on one coilover is cracked and needs to be replaced. Now they came with a lifetime warranty and are only a year old so dropzone is sending me a new coilover. But I think I want to go with lowering springs now because the roads are shitty where I live, I do not want a huge drop (less than 2 inches), I would like a little better ride, and I am affraid the cracking might happen again. So, I was looking at lowering springs and cannot decide which would be best. The Eiback pro-kit looks like a good option for not a huge drop, Arospeed is cheap and comes with a lifetime warranty, and then there are the TEIN High-Tech. Now I always thought TEIN was a good company and I would like to go with these, but wanted to get some opinions first. The TEIN only come with a year warranty. Why is the warranty so short if they are supposed to be so much better? Does anyone have TEIN and what do they think of them? Would I be better with a lifetime warranty?
