Bushing Install...How hard?
OK, On my teg I only thought there were a few bushings in need of replacement, but as I look closer now they are amlost ALL WORN...i guess thats what i should expect for a 200+k mile car...
So i was wondering how hard it it to get one of those like energy suspention kits that come with all the bushings and replace them all, would i be able to do it myself or does it reqire a hyralic press like my dad it telling me...And how long do you think it would take, i want to add it to my summer project list
Thanks

For grease, that Mobil 1 synthetic assembly lube works nice. It's sort of a neon purple color when it comes out of the tube.
Here's an article about a bushing install in a '90 LS: http://www.overboost.com/story.asp?id=426
I believe they used a 12-ton hydraulic press, and even then it was still rather annoying to get everything done.
