Definitely a nitrous pressure gauge, and an A/F ratio meter, IMO. Also, make sure this kit has some provision for a purge line; you'll need to clear your supply line of gaseous nitrous prior to using it.

What brand and type of kit are you planning on buying?

EDIT: A 1.4 lb bottle? Is it a "Sneaky Pete" kit? h:

:rick: Clever. I likes.
I'd also invest in a more robust fuel pump, come to think of it. You'll want to take every precaution to avoid a lean-run condition while spraying. I also assume you'll run a rather conservative jet size (about 50hp).

You know, I honestly don't remember what the stock flow rate is...

I'll have to defer to someone else... I'd go for the 255 [liter per hour] pump simply for the extra headroom, but seek confirmation from another source, I'm not entirely confident in my suggestion, and I don't want to make the wrong call. h:

Gentlemen..?
