Well, the car is starting to age, so I would have the rotors replaced altogether. I had the same problem my friend so I got the Wilwood Big Brake kit. Haven't had a problem since.

It's only been a few months since I replaced my rotors and a year ago since I did my brake pads. I've also rotated the wheels around a couple times. I dunno what could be wrong, maybe it is warped rotors. I have another thing to add. When my car's rolling forward, there's a squeeking sound on the left side and when I brake the right side of my car squeals. I don't know if they're related or not. Anyway, I guess I have to take in. Thanks for the help.

Just make sure if you get new rotors to get new brake pads because the pads will form to fit the surface of the rotor.

This is probably a longshot, but an idea nonetheless. The top mount of one of my rear shocks had become loose a couple days ago (a few weeks after installing them), the bolt/washer came off basically disconnecting it so it was riding on the spring alone. I noticed it first because I was approachign a red light going pretty fast and pushed on the brakes with pretty decent pressure...the whole back of the car violently shook and vibrated.

The same thing would happen if the shock was blown. Maybe you should check your shocks? I doubt it's this, just because it sounds like your car does this under normal braking conditions and turning, not strictly hard braking. Anyways, just a thought.

I took it back to the shop and they replace the front pads and resurfaced the rotors for free. The problem is gone...almost. When the car is moving under 5mph, I still hear squeeking noises. No more braking noises or vibration anymore though.

I'm at work right now so I thought I'd check what they cost. $22.99 ea for blank rotors. They work good and are cheap

is that under braking or just driving. B/c if its driving then it could be your tires are cuped, or it could be your struts or coils. I see a lot of this road noise and steering problems b/c of cuped tires b/c of lack of rotation but once there cuped the tires are trash then. my 2cents

I'm guessing that it's under braking, given that he said "under braking" in both the title and his original post.

Before, the problem was both moving and stopping, but now the noise is just when I start off from a red light. I can hear the noise at very low speeds but then as I pick up speed, it's gone. I only really notice it when I'm stuck in traffic and just barely moving forward or something...so yea under 5mph. Also I do need need tires, but I don't see how that can cause squeeking noises. Thanks for the info though.
