Default No Emmisions Testing!

I was going to do a motor swap cause I was burning oil really bad but its possible that the Ontario Government is getting rid of the emmisions testing. If this is the case then what are a few things to do to help from burning oil?

Yes, it would be expensive to have someone else do it. If you had to ask, yes, it will probalby be very hard for you to do yourself.

You can't magically make an engine stop burning oil, unless you magically rebuild it.

A rebuild is expensive... Ive been quoted more for a rebuild then for a used engine!

Im just looking for a temporary solution untill I have enough $$$ for a new motor

Thicker oil may help, but it's a really bad idea.
