Default Expo 4: The Last and Final Change!

Due to the fact Summit Point Has not yet contacted me despite repeated voice mails we have been left with no choice but to move the event or cancel. Based on that I have scrambled one last time to secure us a new track Venue. BeaveRun Motorsportsplex, the location of the 2003 Expo, has given us a Friday/Saturday event date of July 23/24. It's official!

I apologize for again asking one to rearrange vacation schedule and realizing this may not be possible for everyone we are offering Full Refunds between now and May 1 for anyone who requests it. We can issue these via PayPal or Check. You will recieve $350 regardless of how you paid due to the fact PayPal fees are not refundable.

We are also refunding $55 to every Driving participant who has already paid who requests it between now and May 1. These deadlines are set so that we can work on other issues at hand after May 1. Please spread the word to everyone that may not know.

To request a refund you should submit an email to refunds@itrca.com with a note telling us what refund you would like ($350 or $55 for drivers and $35 for Guests). Due to the lack of paper checks we will be refunding you in the manner you paid. Please include in your refund request how you paid and how much you paid so we can easily verify your status.

Too many requests for paper checks from people who previously used payal have required us to refund by the method you originally paid.

Sorry for any inconvience

You can see all new Official Info at: http://www.itrca.com/events/expo4.php

Thanks,

Trey

But somebody still needs to change the page at http://www.itrca.com/index.php where it says, "Seems like just yesterday we were at BeaveRun at Expo3.
It is now time to start planning the 2004 Type-R Expo at Summit Point Raceway in West Virginia!"...

Good job.

Now take care of the black bar that appears just above the event logo on that same web page.
