Itr Sway Problem!

Itr Sway Problem!
So there really isnt a problem with the sway bar just the tie bar. I have the ITR sway bar with a bsq kit on a 2001 gsr but now my rear tie bar wont go back on! I had a neuspeed bar on it. have any of u peeps had this problem if so what can i do with out messin with the sway bar.thanks!

you can take off the abs guide line brackets for some extra clearance, but thats assuming u have abs, and i'm not even sure if that would work.
