which is better for my 90 integra?

My friend said that is short ram AEM intake was better than a cold air AEM. I didnt think this was true. Also which is better for my car a HKS hiper exhaust or a tanabe exhaust??? Just let me know what you think???

short ram will be louder. CAI will give you that extra 3-4 hp that will put you into the 12s.

hahah... only thing with cai's are u can possibly suck up unwanted water.. as far as exhaust there both about the same... its boils down to which one cathes ur eye more
