For you guys who are runnung a hondata system.
Does you car have a check engine light on when installling the system.

Not on mine...I'm running a OBD1 ecu tho and a missing link as well.

Why are you running a missing link with Hondata? Or are you joking? 8)

if you don't have a 3 bar map you can run a missing link

How is his ecu sensing boost, if not via a map sensor?

I run the stock map sensor, and the Hondata uses it to sense boost. It is good up to 11 to 11.5 psig.

Yeah mine is ran like Jan's but I have a obd2-obd1 harness and I'm using a p28 ecu. No missing link and no check engine light.

OBD2-OBD1 adapter harness and P28 ECU with Hondata (old stage4). No check engine light, except at redline when it's time to shift.
