I've heard conflicting stories so I I'd like to hear it straight from Type R owners.

With basic bolt-ons such as intake, headers, exhaust, are there minimal gains? Thats what I've been told, because the Type R is already sporting much better parts than lower model Integras, so I'm just curious.

I figure when I buy my Type R I want to do suspension first, but I might look into power adders in the future.

Thanks. 8)

Mid 180s to low 190s at the wheels with quality parts (i/h/e/ecu) and good tuning.

Leave your suspension alone, Get a few HPDEs & AutoXs under your belt.

You will be very happy with the stock suspension.

Rather just leave the whole caR stock until you have outgrown it, and that will not be any time soon.

Install a baffled oil pan and upgrade your tires and brake pads. You willl be in good shape for an autocross or a track day.

You can contact him from honda-tech. He makes custon ECU P28 ECU and does make wire harness conversion for you as well.

It may not be the best for your car as far as tuning your engine, but its a better off start then stock.

Best bet, go with a stand alone unit, like AEM EMS or Hondata and get it tuned that way.
