i have an 01 ITR, has i/h/e and cat conv. mountz, how should i tune my VAFC ? for wen i wanna boost da accel, and also save gas at timez.?

Bring it to a good tuning shop and put the car on their dyno.

Like Tony said, take it to the dyno. YOu can't uas a VAFC without a Wideband and a Dyno.
