For some reason my bov dosen't seem to be working. Vaccum line and all is hooked up correctly but all I hear is the flutter which sounds like it is coming from my wastegate. Can someone help me out?

You should hook up a hand held vacuum pump (MityVac), and pull vacuum on it, about 17 to 20 inches should open the valve fully.

I keep mine adjusted all the way out, I get backspin if I tighten it much at all. BTW, make sure you don't have your vacuum hose hooked up to the bottom port, that's for boost-assist, it needs a boost-referenced line hooked up to it, but you can just leave it open, or plug the port.

Take your caps off bro, it makes it seem like you are yelling...

Anyways, I think you might still need to loosen the adjusting screw, I don't know if the fluttering you describe is backspin, or the blow off. Also where is your vacuum line hooked up on the other end?

sorry man I was at work when I posted that and we use caps for our program. Anyway I have the vaccum hooked up too the top port and it's running to my vaccum manifold which is getting the vaccum from the brake booster hoes off the manifold.
