when doing all the math, the CTR's with a 2 layer head gasket in a JDM R would bump it up to 12.08:1 CR. Has anyone had experiance with these pistons in there R motors? They're just a drop in pistons (meaning not block work needed) so I thought maybe I could run CTR's and Eagle rods to produce 12:1 compression rather than spending the extra money on a import builder's 11.8:1 piston set for $485.00.
