Besides upgrading the valve springs, what else do I need to make these work? What kind of HP gains can I expect w/ Toda B's, a J's Intake, and possibly a VAFC??

I made close to 30whp when I had my B's. I was running a the cams and camgears, AEM CAI, Spoon Header/test pipe, valve springs, B&M FPR, VAFC and tuned by Jotech to 194whp and 133lbs tq...
