I have a '00 ITR and my ac does not work. sucks.. So I have a question for you guys if you have come across of this dillemma before. It is unlikely, I think, for me to use all my freon up because it has only been 3 years. Mind I bought it new. Is there a defect on AC w/c came standard on 2000 on up ITR's.

I have a 100k warrenty which is still valid, however the 2 times i have gone to the dealership they have wanted to keep my car overnight and then didnt understand why i wouldnt let them.

there is one dealer in town and its about 30 min each way.

if i could find a way to confirm they can make it better I would do it, however i dont know what the min temp difference is.

What kind of lame-o Acura dealership do you have? If it's under warranty and they need to keep your car overnight, they should give you a loaner vehicle. Heck, mine will do it if I need to drop off the car in the morning before work and have to pick up my car at the end of the day.

they would, but i dont want to leave my car there overnight.

they give me a loaner to use during the day, it has been a POS integra auto every time.

I don't know what other advice to give you if you're crying over a free loaner car while the dealership fixes your car for free
