hytech or erik's header?

like it says, erik's header looks insane, very appealing. Anyone have either of these. Any info on 1/4 improvemnets or daily driving improvements.
also, what about there eninge rebuilds and reprogrammed ecu's?

I have hytech and love it. But its over $1000 for it. I got it when I was working 70-80 hours a week and had extra money. Most people can live with a JDM ITR header or Cheaper aftermarket headers. If you have the money get the best.
