What do you mean does the rim lip rub the tire?
I run 205/50/15 Azenis and while the tire balloons a little bit due to the 6" width of the stock rims, it doesn't affect performance or pose any danger if that's what you're asking.

I got about 11,ooo miles out of them, And I drive very hard 90% of the time.
I copied this from the other tire post I replied to..
"Sorry to say, you can't have your cake and eat it too.
Most of the tires that would give you traction will not last very long and the tires that last will not give you traction.
Your going to have to decide, Traction or mileage.
Falken azenis 205/50-15, one of the best for the price. Lots of grip but better off on a 15x6.5 rim to get the right feel. One good thing about the Azenis is the price- all 4 can be had for under 400. and if you concider the grip its really good.
I just bought a set of Kuhmo ECSTA MX (205/50-15) and will have them Tuesday, I have heard very good thing about them, so I'll try. Btw I'm using a 15x6.5 rim "

My Bridgestone SO3's have approx 25 K miles on them and have some left. My driving style is 'spirited street' ie no track use. Great tire, lots of miles I think. If I need to complain about anything they are a bit noisy but.....
