Since I have owned my 01 ITR I have noticed when Im in 4th or 5th my car has a ringing sound comming from the engine bay. I have no idea whats going on, it only does it when I apply gas in each gear. Im confused at what it making the noise. Can anyone help?

 

no idea. not sure what one would consider a ringing sound (could describe a large number of sounds). Need a lot more description, mod list, etc. if it's loud enough a audio recording would be nice.

 

Its like a humming buzz kinda noise. I have CAI and Cat-Back Exhaust. And it only makes the noise when I give it gas in 4th or 5th gear. When I let off it go's away. I have no idea what is making the noise.
